INVEGA SUSTENNA® Instant Savings Program

For Private or Commercially Insured Patients: The INVEGA SUSTENNA® Instant Savings Program may provide an instant savings for your out-of-pocket INVEGA SUSTENNA® costs. Pay no more than $10 on each out-of-pocket drug at the pharmacy. Patients who purchase their medication at the physician's office will pay no more than $50. Program exhausts after 13 doses of INVEGA SUSTENNA® or $6,000, whichever comes first.

You may be eligible if:

  • You have been prescribed INVEGA SUSTENNA®.
    AND
  • You are not enrolled in federal or state subsidized healthcare programs that cover prescription drugs including Medicare, such as Medicare Part D prescription drug benefit, Medicaid, TRICARE or any other federal or state healthcare plan, including pharmaceutical assistance programs.
  • Your commercial insurance covers your prescription cost.
  • By redeeming this offer, you certify that you will not submit a claim for amounts covered by this offer for payment to any third-party payers, including a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), a Health Savings Account (HSA), or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).

Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF) provides free prescription medications to eligible individuals who do not have insurance coverage for their medicines and do not have adequate financial resources to pay for them. INVEGA SUSTENNA® (In-VEY-guh Suss-TEN-uh) (paliperidone palmitate) Extended-Release Injectable Suspension is a prescription medicine given by injection by a healthcare professional. INVEGA SUSTENNA® is used for schizoaffective disorder either alone or in combination with other medicines such as mood stabilizers or antidepressants and is used to treat schizophrenia.

INVEGA SUSTENNA® can cause serious side effects, including an increased risk of death in elderly people who are confused, have memory loss, and have lost touch with reality (dementia-related psychosis). INVEGA SUSTENNA® is not approved for treating dementia-related psychosis.

Do not receive INVEGA SUSTENNA® if you are allergic to paliperidone, risperidone, or any of the ingredients in INVEGA SUSTENNA®. See end of the Patient Information leaflet in the full Prescribing Information for a complete list of INVEGA SUSTENNA® ingredients.

Before you receive INVEGA SUSTENNA®, tell your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, including if you:

Patients (particularly the elderly) taking antipsychotics with certain health conditions or those on long-term therapy should be evaluated by their healthcare provider for the potential risk of falls.

Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Know the medicines you take. Keep a list of them to show to your healthcare provider or pharmacist when you get a new medicine.

What should I avoid while receiving INVEGA SUSTENNA®?

INVEGA SUSTENNA® may cause serious side effects, including:

The most common side effects of INVEGA SUSTENNA® include: injection site reactions; sleepiness or drowsiness; dizziness; feeling of inner restlessness or needing to be constantly moving; abnormal muscle movements, including tremor (shaking), shuffling, uncontrolled involuntary movements, and abnormal movements of your eyes.

Tell your healthcare provider if you have any side effect that bothers you or does not go away. These are not all the possible side effects of INVEGA SUSTENNA®. For more information, ask your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
